Do you make saw blades compatible with COUP'ECO machines?
Yes. We make compatible saw blades for COUP'ECO tree saws and lamier heads to sample, dimensions or part number, for example Ø 650 mm with 80 teeth, 4 mm thick, 45 mm bore and two pin holes Ø 18 mm on a 120 mm pitch circle. They are compatible replacements made by WSH-Tools.de, not original parts.
What information do you need for a quote?
Outside diameter, number of teeth, thickness, bore and pin holes with pitch circle. Plus the machine (for example Meteor or Cosmos), the number of blades and the maximum speed. The number engraved on the blade and a photo with a tape measure help.
Do you know the COUP'ECO part numbers?
Part number 35.600.780 is a saw blade Ø 700 mm with 80 teeth, 4 mm thick. Just give us the number from your blade or parts list; we assign it and check the dimensions.
What material are the blades made of?
As standard chrome vanadium steel (CV) in one piece. CV blades are tough, elastic and can be resharpened again and again. Carbide-tipped blades on request.
Can I resharpen the blades myself?
Yes, on your usual sharpening machine. We also resharpen your blades for you, including straightening and tensioning.
What speed are the blades rated for?
We design the blade for the maximum speed of your machine, for example 2,000 rpm. Please give us the speed from the type plate or manual.
Which diameters are possible?
We make them to sample, including Ø 500, 600, 650, 700 and 900 mm. Multi-blade heads mostly use 600 or 700 mm, single blades up to 900 mm.
Do the blades fit tree saws of other makers?
Yes. To sample we also make saw blades for machines of other makers, for example Rousseau, Noremat, SaMASZ, GreenTec, Fliegl, Jansen, Fehrenbach, FEMAC or Tifermec. What counts are the dimensions of your blade.
What is the minimum quantity?
One blade. For a complete set, for example four or five blades for a multi-blade head, and for your annual needs we gladly quote graduated prices.
