Whether structural steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals or thick-walled tubes and profiles – we match tooth form, blade material and coating precisely to your workpiece material and your machine. Our metal circular saw blades are compatible with all common machine manufacturers, including Behringer and Eisele. For special machine mountings we also make metal circular saw blades with a wide collar and special hub – exactly to your drawing or sample blade.

What sets this saw blade apart technically
Geometry & dimensions
Diameters from 125 to 700 mm, bores from 20 to 50 mm, thicknesses from 1.2 to 4.4 mm – to DIN 1837/1838 or customer-specific.
Tooth form
Tooth form A (fine, tooth pitch < 2 mm) for thin-walled and brittle material, tooth form B (coarse, up to 30 % larger gullet) for solid material and deep cuts, and tooth form C with HZ toothing (roughing and finishing tooth) for thick-walled tubes and profiles from 3 mm wall thickness and large diameters.
Heat treatment
Steam treatment for higher wear resistance and corrosion protection, alternatively TiN, TiCN or TiAlN PVD coating against built-up edge and for higher cutting speeds.
Material
HSS DMo5 (material no. 1.3343 / AISI M2) for structural steel and alloy steels up to 1000 N/mm², with limitations up to 1300 N/mm². HSS-Co5/HSS-E (material no. 1.3243 / AISI M35, approx. 5 % cobalt) with higher hot hardness for stainless steel, high-alloy and difficult-to-machine materials.
Machine mounting
Custom bores, pin holes, keyways and grooves for all common cold saws and cut-off machines.
Applications
Metalworking, tube and profile processing, sawmills and mechanical engineering – wherever steel and stainless steel need to be cut economically.
